Halloween Unseen

I have a confession to make: I’ve never seen Hocus Pocus.

I have a confession to make.

I’ve never seen Hocus Pocus. There’s no other reason than the occasion never presented itself. I have no ill feelings about any of the actors and I can appreciate the “amok amok amok” meme as much as the next person. However, this movie has never made it into my eyeballs and I’m thinking that’s a big oversight.

I know, I know. We’re all shocked!

In the spirit of Octoberween, I made a list of all the great horror movies that I seemed to have missed and while I was originally going to try to watch a movie each day in October, I didn’t have enough to fill the month. I will take that as a small win on my part. The list follows: (Ah! Adds It Follows to the list):

  • Hocus Pocus
  • The Haunted Mansion
  • Halloweentown
  • Trick or Treat
  • Get Out
  • Blair Witch
  • Paranormal Activity
  • Children of the Corn
  • It: Chapter 2
  • Coraline
  • The Haunting (1963)
  • The Conjuring
  • The Invisible Man (2020)
  • Saw
  • Hereditary
  • The Witch
  • Suspiria
  • It Follows

Let me know what important movies I’m missing (I may have already seen it) and I’ll slowly add to the list. Meanwhile, time to head to Blockbuster and grab some tapes!
